Job Description
The work centers on specialty painting (Italian stucco, etc.) and on-site finishing. Painters can leverage color-mixing skills, while plasterers can use their trowel techniques.
Small-scale jobs may require only one person, while large projects involve teamwork. When a job exceeds our team's capacity, we bring in partner companies for support.
When materials are prepared in advance, you can go directly to the job site. On days when preparation is needed, the team gathers at the warehouse to load up before heading out. After work, you return only if equipment needs to be brought back.
Regardless of experience level, everyone starts by learning from senior team members. You can develop irreplaceable finishing skills in Italian stucco and become a sought-after craftsman.

Job Requirements
No experience: from ¥300,000/month
